Noushin Ahmed, O.D.

Noushin Ahmed, O.D. is an Optometrist and Contact Lens Specialist at Baltimore Washington Eye Center.  She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry – where she elected to Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric National Honor Society. Dr. Ahmed completed and internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Salem, Virginia and a residency at Seidenberg-Protzko Eye Associates in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Dr. Ahmed provides routine eye care for patients of all ages, evaluation and management of chronic and acute eye diseases, including diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration (AMD) and glaucoma, and fitting of routine and specialty contact lenses.

Dr. Ahmed is a member of Student Volunteers in Optometric Services and the Lions Club.
