The Baltimore Washington Eye Center is a comprehensive eye care center with modern, convenient facilities that incorporate the advanced diagnostic and treatment technology to support our physician team of specialists in the areas of cataracts, cataract surgery & lens implants, refractive surgery, vitreoretinal diseases and surgery, corneal diseases and surgery, glaucoma and reconstructive and cosmetic eye plastic surgery.

Our eye care center includes on site testing using digital and laser instrumentation to perform:

• Eye Exams using the Marco Epic 5100 Refraction System.
• Visual Field Testing using the Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer.
• Retinal & Optic Nerve Imaging using the Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT.
• Eye Photography using the Kowa α-D Fundus Camera
• Retinal Fluorescein Angiography using the Topcon TRC-50 VT System
• Cataract Lens Implant measurements using the Zeiss IOL Master 700.
• Laser Cataract Surgery using the Alcon LenSx® Femtosecond Laser
• Corneal Shape & Topography measurements using the Bausch & Lomb Orbscan
• Optical Path Difference (OPD) analyzer using the Marco Nidek OPD-Scan III
