Contact Lens Online Ordering Process
You will receive an email at the email address that you provided us with from - www.primaryecp.com, with a subject line: Primaryecp.com Membership/Password Information.

This email will contain:

1. A link to the Contact Lens Order Website
2. Your Username (which is your provided email address)
3. Your Password

Print and Save this email for future reordering reference.

To Place Your Order:

1. Log onto www.primaryecp.com/bweye.
2. Click on "Order now" at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your username (email address) and password, and then click "submit".
4. After entering your username and password you can click on MANAGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION to change username and password if you would like.
5. You will see your stored prescription; enter the quantity of lenses you would like to order for each eye. (The quantity is based upon the type of package in which your lenses will come.) Example: IF your lenses come in a 6-pack, 2 will give you 2 boxes of 6 lenses.
6. Click on “Order Prescription”.
7. The next screen will display your total order. Click CHECKOUT at bottom of this screen.
8. At the next screen, you will again see your order and total. Below that, you will select your saved address information, which will automatically fill in your billing information for you at the left side of the screen.
9. You will see SHIPPING ADDRESS on the right side of this screen. If you would like the lenses shipped to the billing address click the box next to "Same as billing address". If you would like your lenses shipped to a different address please enter that information.
10. Enter Credit card information, click "continue", and follow prompts to complete your order. Please print your confirmation page to keep for your records.
11. If you prefer not to use your credit card information online or do
    not have Internet access,
